Terms and Conditions of Use
By opening an account with Bet It All or placing a wager on our platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us as the operator. This agreement governs your use of all services, games, and promotional offers available on our site. You acknowledge that we may amend these terms at any time by posting the revised version online. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where practical and required by law.
Continued use of our services after any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. This includes browsing content, registering accounts, and placing bets. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the platform immediately. We do not provide individual notification for every minor update, but you are responsible for reviewing terms periodically.
Your agreement covers all aspects of your interaction with Bet It All, including deposit and withdrawal processes, game participation, and bonus claims. All 1,800 games and CHF 520 promotions are subject to specific conditions separate from these general terms. These specific conditions are clearly displayed within each game interface or promotional page. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in account restriction or forfeiture of winnings.
By accepting these terms, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth in our jurisdiction policy. This includes providing accurate information during registration and maintaining compliance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to verify your identity and request documentation as part of our due diligence process. All disputes arising from this agreement are subject to our governing jurisdiction laws and arbitration procedures.
Eligibility and Jurisdiction
To register an account, you must be at least the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction. This is typically 18 years, though it may be higher in certain countries. You must also reside in a territory where online gambling is permitted and not be subject to any self-exclusion order. Registering while ineligible constitutes a breach of these terms and voids any winnings generated from your account.
Eligibility Criteria
| Requirement | Detail |
|---|---|
| Age | 18 years or statutory minimum |
| Residence | Permitted jurisdiction only |
| Identity | Verified and unique |
| Self-Exclusion | Not excluded under responsible gaming |
We maintain a list of restricted territories and update it as regulations change. If you move to a new jurisdiction, you must update your details and confirm eligibility before continuing to play. We reserve the right to verify your residency through independent data sources. Failure to maintain eligibility may lead to account closure without notice.
You may only hold one account in your own name. Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions, claim bonuses or alter stake patterns is prohibited. Any accounts created in violation of this rule will be closed, and funds may be retained for up to 30 days pending review. We actively monitor for patterns indicative of duplicate accounts and may suspend activity during investigation.
Account Rules and Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes any wagers placed or funds withdrawn using your access details. You must ensure that your registration information is accurate and up to date at all times. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately in writing.
Account Responsibilities
| Rule | What it means |
|---|---|
| One account | Per person and per household |
| Accurate details | Must match official ID |
| Credential security | Your sole responsibility |
| No transfers | Accounts are non-transferable |
We may suspend or close an account if we suspect fraud, money laundering or breach of these terms. This includes using another person's identity, providing false information or attempting to circumvent verification procedures. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation initiated by our compliance team. Withdrawals may be withheld until the matter is resolved.
Account balances are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted or assigned to any third party. If you cease to use the account, you may request closure, but funds must be withdrawn first. We do not accept liability for loss of access due to forgotten passwords or lost devices. You are advised to keep a record of your transaction history for personal reference.
Verification and Compliance
We are required by law to verify your identity and, in some cases, your source of funds before processing withdrawals. This is a standard compliance measure designed to prevent money laundering and protect the integrity of the gambling market. You must submit valid documentation within a reasonable timeframe, typically 72 hours after request. Failure to comply may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of funds.
We may request a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and additional documentation to confirm the origin of deposited funds. This is not an exhaustive list, and we reserve the right to ask for further information if our risk assessment requires it. You agree to provide accurate and unaltered copies of all requested documents. We treat all information with strict confidentiality and use it solely for regulatory compliance.
Verification is a prerequisite for cashing out winnings, not just for opening an account. Even if you have deposited without verification, you cannot withdraw until your identity is confirmed. We process verification requests within three business days, though this may extend during peak periods. If your request is incomplete, we will notify you of the deficiency and give you a reasonable period to rectify it.
Persistent failure to verify your identity may lead to account closure with a return of your remaining balance. You will be refunded the net amount deposited, excluding any bonuses or promotional funds. We deduct any outstanding fees or charges from the refund. This process is designed to ensure that unverified accounts do not remain active indefinitely.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your name. We do not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment services that are not linked to your identity. This is a mandatory anti-money laundering requirement that we enforce strictly. If a deposit does not match your name, we will reject it and request an alternative method.
Withdrawals are processed back to the same method used for the deposit, where technically feasible. If this is not possible, we may refund to a bank account in your name. We do not extend credit to players and all wagers must be funded by available balance. You may only withdraw funds that have cleared and are not subject to any pending bonus conditions.
The minimum deposit is CHF 20. This amount applies to all payment methods listed on our site, including Visa, Mastercard and Skrill. We do not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges. Withdrawals are processed via Bank Transfer and Skrill and typically complete within one to five business days depending on the method selected.
Accounts that remain inactive for a prolonged period may be classified as dormant. We define inactivity as no login or transaction activity for 12 months. Dormant accounts may be closed after further notice, with any remaining balance transferred to a designated unclaimed funds account. You may prevent dormancy by logging in or making a transaction at least once every six months.
Bonus Terms and Conditions
All promotional offers are subject to supplementary terms that form part of this agreement. These include wagering requirements, game contribution rates and maximum stake limits. The welcome bonus is capped at CHF 520 and must be claimed within 30 days of registration. Failure to meet the stipulated conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Bonus funds remain our property until you have satisfied all staking requirements. We may void a bonus and any associated winnings if we detect irregular play patterns or abuse. This includes using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing bets designed solely to clear wagering or collaborating with others to manipulate outcomes. Such conduct is a breach of these terms and may lead to account closure.
Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100 per cent, while table games may contribute 10 per cent or less. We publish a full contribution schedule in the bonus terms section. If you play a game that contributes less than 100 per cent, you must be aware that your progress will be slower. This is a key factor in planning how to clear your bonus efficiently.
We reserve the right to adjust bonus terms at our discretion. If we change the value or conditions of an offer, we will notify affected players by email. The new terms apply to all active bonuses at the time of the change. You may choose to withdraw your remaining balance before the adjustment takes effect. Continued use of the bonus after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Errors and Suspension
We reserve the right to void any wager placed as a result of an obvious error, technical malfunction or mispriced market. This includes display errors where odds are clearly incorrect or bets placed due to a system fault. Affected wagers will be cancelled and your stake returned to your balance. We do not guarantee that all errors will be corrected before a bet is accepted, and we are not liable for any losses resulting from such occurrences.
Technical issues may arise from third-party providers, network failures or our own system limitations. If a service is unavailable for a significant period, we may suspend betting temporarily to protect your funds. We aim to resolve such issues as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. You agree to bear the risk of any loss arising from technical disruptions that are beyond our control.
We may suspend or close an account if we suspect breach of these terms or regulatory compliance. This includes fraud, money laundering, collusion or use of prohibited software. We will notify you of the suspension and the reasons for it, where legally permissible. You have the right to request a review of the decision through our complaints procedure. We will provide a written response within 14 days of receipt of your request.
You may close your own account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you will be prompted to withdraw your balance before the account is deactivated. We retain the right to keep a record of your account history for regulatory purposes even after closure. This includes transaction logs, verification documents and correspondence. These records are kept for seven years in accordance with data retention policies.
Liability and Governing Law
We limit our liability to the extent permitted by law and do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Our total liability for any loss arising from breach of contract, tort or negligence is capped at the value of your deposit or account balance. This limitation applies to all claims except those that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable jurisdiction. You acknowledge that you are relying on our services at your own risk.
Disputes must first be submitted through our internal complaints procedure. You must provide full details of the issue and allow us 14 days to respond. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution body. We will provide contact details for the relevant body on our contacts page. This is a prerequisite to pursuing legal action.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bet It All is licensed. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction. We do not accept liability for indirect, consequential or punitive damages. You agree that your exclusive remedy for any claim is to seek recovery of your direct losses up to the cap.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement remains in full force. We will replace the invalid provision with a valid one that comes as close as possible to the original intent. This severability clause ensures that the contract remains intact even if parts of it are challenged. You agree to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
